1. Definitions
Clients – The couple entering into the agreement
AFL – Agency of Family Law (Denmark)
Planner – Nordic Adventure Weddings s.r.o.
2. Working with Us
By booking our services, the Clients engage Nordic Adventure Weddings s.r.o. to provide wedding planning, coordination, and administrative support related to their wedding in Denmark.
By continuing with our services, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
If you require clarification at any point, you may contact us at any time.
3. Services Offered
We provide professional wedding planning and coordination services, including but not limited to:

Legal ceremony organization
-
Document guidance, collection, and AFL submission
-
Booking of the ceremony at a town hall or at an alternative location (depending on package)
-
Vendor recommendations
-
Support throughout the process
-
On-the-day coordination (where included)
Each service package contains specific inclusions.
These will be outlined in your individual Wedding Services Agreement and may differ between Town Hall Weddings, Express Weddings, and other packages.
Additional services may be arranged upon request and may incur extra fees.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate, complete, and timely documentation

Making all payments according to the agreed schedule
-
Ensuring lawful entry into Denmark (Schengen rules)
-
Complying with all immigration, travel, and legal requirements
-
Attending all required AFL, town hall, or registrar appointments
Legal Entry to Denmark
Ensuring legal entry is entirely the Clients’ responsibility.
If you violate the 90/180 Schengen rule, overstay, or otherwise fail to meet entry requirements, the AFL will reject your application.
No refunds will be issued, as outlined in the cancellation policy.
If we discover after payment that you have violated the 90/180 rule or overstayed, the Planner may terminate services.
In such cases, no refund will be issued.
5. Payment Methods and Schedule
Payment Methods
All prices on our website are quoted in euros and include VAT.
We accept:

Bank Transfer
-
Online Payment via Credit/Debit Card (Stripe)
Online payments are processed securely through Stripe. By using Stripe Checkout, you:

accept Stripe’s Terms of Service
-
acknowledge that all financial transactions are handled by Stripe
-
understand that the Planner cannot modify any payment information submitted to Stripe
Stripe protects your payment details with 256-bit SSL encryption.
Using stolen or unauthorized cards is strictly prohibited.
The Planner never has access to your card information.
Payment Schedule
Town Hall Weddings
-
EUR 780 – due upfront upon signing the agreement.
Express Weddings
-
EUR 500 – deposit / booking fee due upon signing the agreement
-
EUR 800 – remaining balance due after AFL approval and before booking the ceremony date/location
Other Wedding Packages
-
EUR 900 – deposit / booking fee due upon signing
-
Remaining balance – payable in two custom instalments, as specified in your specific agreement.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Case Refusal by AFL
For Town Hall and other standard packages:
-
If the AFL refuses your case immediately after submission, and no additional documents or interviews were requested, we refund the package fee (EUR 780).
-
This does not apply if delays or issues arise due to extra document requests or interviews.
For Express Weddings:
-
The EUR 500 deposit is refunded only in the same immediate-refusal scenario.
-
Once the AFL approves your case, the remaining EUR 800 balance becomes non-refundable.
Client Cancellation
Town Hall Wedding
-
EUR 300 refund if you cancel before your application is processed.
-
No refund once:
-
your documents have been processed, or
-
the AFL fee was paid, or
-
the AFL has approved your case.
-
Express Wedding
-
EUR 150 refund if you cancel before document processing has begun.
-
No refund once document preparation or AFL processing has started.
-
After approval, the EUR 800 balance is non-refundable.
Other Packages
Refund terms follow the individual agreement and depend on the package.
Cancellation by Planner or Danish Authorities
No refund will be issued if services are cancelled due to:
-
Schengen overstays or rule violations
-
Failure to attend scheduled town hall or registrar appointments
-
Refusal or failure to attend AFL interviews
The AFL may close your case if you miss interviews or fail to provide required documents.
No refunds apply in these circumstances.
If AFL Requests Extra Documents
The AFL may require additional documentation. This can result in delays outside our control.
No refunds will be issued if:
-
delays occur due to AFL workload
-
you choose to cancel because of delays
-
your application is closed because you did not submit documents by the deadline
We will assist with rebooking your ceremony when possible.
7. Travel and Accommodation
The Planner strongly advises Clients not to book travel or accommodation before:
-
AFL approval is received
-
your ceremony date is officially confirmed
The Planner is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or any related expenses for you, your guests, or your vendors.
8. Legal Ceremonies
The ceremony is conducted by Danish authorities.
If you:
-
fail to attend the ceremony without informing us
-
cause your AFL approval to expire
-
require re-application due to your own delaysthen new fees will apply and no refunds will be issued for the previous application.
9. Liability
The Planner is not liable for:
-
issues caused by vendors
-
transportation problems
-
weather conditions
-
strikes, closures, or any event beyond our control
-
actions or decisions made by the AFL, town hall, or other authorities
10. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by:
-
natural disasters
-
pandemics
-
government actions
-
war, strikes, or civil disturbances
-
any other events beyond our control
11. Privacy Policy
All personal data is handled according to GDPR.
We do not share personal information with third parties unless legally required or with your explicit consent.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed exclusively by Danish law.
Any disputes will be resolved in Danish courts.
