Kronborg castle is Denmark’s most famous castle, immortalised by Shakespeare back in the 1600s in Hamlet. Stunning, beautifully situated castle is just a 20-minute ferry ride from Sweden and a 40-minute car ride from Copenhagen.
In 2000, Kronborg Castle became a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
