Alysha and Adrian, a couple from Texas, chose idyllic Aldershvile Castle Pavilion for their romantic elopement wedding in Denmark and booked it through our romantic location wedding package. Castle Pavilion is ideal for elopements and small intimate weddings, and can accommodate up to 60 persons for the banquet.
Alysha and Adrian couldn’t have chosen a more romantic setting.Located in the beautiful Aldershvile Castle Park, with its large lawns, canals and bridges , the idyllic Aldershvile Castle Pavilion sits just 12km north west of Copenhagen and is the perfect setting for a romantic elopement.
The pavilion stands as an impressive building with beautiful interiors and majestic steps that lead right down to serene Bagsværd Lake. For almost 100 years, it has formed the setting for one of Denmark most romantic gathering places.
Beautiful Elopement wedding at Aldershvile Castle Pavilion
As you can see from the images, Alysha looked amazing in a beautiful bridal gown with thin straps and a stunning ballgown skirt that really suited the romantic grandeur of the castle. After all, not everybody gets to dress like a princess and get married in a castle. Alysha pitched it just right and Adrian looked very smart in a petrol blue suit with a yellow tie.
The wedding ceremony was held in one of the pavilions elegant function suites, with its white walls and period features, it was so photogenic.
The vows and the exchange of rings took place on a balcony overlooking the serene Bagsvaerd Lake. It was the perfect location for this intimate and beautiful ceremony, here take a look!
Alysha and Adrian then headed into Copenhagen for a fun photoshoot with our adventure wedding photographer and to start the adventure of their married life together.
